Martin Kesselhaut has extensive experience in real estate law and corporate law. He was a member of the General Assembly of New Jersey from 1958 to 1960 (Chairman of its Federal and Interstate Relations Committee) and also served on the New Jersey Commission on Interstate Cooperation during such time. He was counsel to the New Jersey Hospital and Medical Legislative Study Commission from 1960 to 1963 and has been a Judge of the New Jersey Court of Military Review since 1976. Since 1984, he has been a Multi-Family Foreclosure Commissioner of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developement. Member, National Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association. He served from 1992-1995 as President of HIAS, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, which is the International Migration Agency of the Organized American Jewish Community.
