Nora R. Locke is an Associate with Fox and Fox LLP. Nora focuses her practice on the representation of public and private sector employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters. She actively represents employees in disciplinary actions, terminations, grievance arbitrations, unfair practice charges, pension issues, EEO/AA complaints, LAD cases, and FMLA issues as well as in employment related litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal court.
Nora's background includes working as a legislative aid to the late Senator Wynona Lipman. She was a staff attorney at Essex-Newark Legal Services where she represented clients in Superior Court and participated in trainings of attorneys and community organizations on state and federal housing laws. Nora also served as Legislative Counsel to the General Assembly for the State of New Jersey, where she advised members on legal issues including housing policy and law, legislative and congressional redistricting and affirmative action. Nora is a Trustee of Mercer Street Friends, a human services organization, located in Trenton, NJ.
