Debra M. McGarvey is an Associate with Fox and Fox LLP. Debra brings extensive litigation experience in labor and employment law matters to the firm.
Debra worked as Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General for four years, specializing in employment litigation and employment counseling. She successfully litigated numerous cases regarding sexual harassment at work and discrimination based on race, gender, age and disability in violation of state and federal laws. Prior to her position with the Office of the Attorney General, Debra clerked for the Hon. Edward T. O'Connor, Jr. in Hudson County Superior Court.
