We represent commercial and residential land developers in land acquisitions and sales, construction financing, zoning and permit approvals, and unit closings on residential developments. We also provide advice on issues integrally-related to development matters such as environmental, affordable housing, utilities restraints, and condominium and cooperative housing regulations.
